CRS Scoring Standard

CRS scoring standard

On November 10, 2016, the CanadianImmigration Service released the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scoringcriteria for the Express Entry (Express Entry) system on the federal website. Thehigher the CRS score, the higher the applicant will rank in the EEpool. Invitations from USCIS are issued for pool scores from high tolow. Therefore, the higher the CRS score, the better the chance of beinginvited. View historicalinvitation scores

The EE scoring system CRS (ComprehensiveRanking System), with a full score of 1200 points, is mainly composed of 4parts: the main applicant's core points (age, education, language and Canadianwork experience); the spouse's core points (education, language and Canadianwork experience) experience); adaptability (education, work experience andCanadian qualifications); employer offer and provincial nomination and otherbonus points.

The total score of 1200 = the mainapplicant's core points + spouse bonus points + adaptation points + otherpoints.

  • Married applicants can get up to 1200     points, including: 460 points for main applicant core + 40 points for     spouse + 100 points for adaptation + 600 points for other points.

  • A single applicant can get a maximum of     1200 points, including: 500 points for the main applicant's core points +     100 points for adaptation points + 600 points for other points.
