Family Visit/Super Visa Overview: A super visa is a type of visa that parents or grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents can apply for. Super visa code PG-1, its holder can live for up to 2 years on a single entry, with a maximum validity of 10 years, and can make multiple round trips. Application conditions · The applicant is a parent or grandparent of a permanent resident or citizen of Canada. · The annual income of the applicant's inviter (children or grandchildren) meets the minimum family income required by CIC for that year, and this income will vary according to the size of the family. Prove through tax records (NOA), employer letters and other investment income documents. · Purchase personal insurance for the applicant with an insured amount of more than 100,000 valid for at least one year in China. The insurance content needs to include medical expenses, hospitalization and nursing expenses, and expenses for returning to the original place of residence. · Applicants must be able to pass a medical examination Application materials Applicants are required to provide: · The applicant's original passport (required to be valid for more than six months from the date of return). If you have an old passport, you need to sign the last page and submit the old passport together. · Photos, passport-sized photos taken within the last six months (color photo with white background, 3.5cm*4.5cm, the height of the face is 31mm-36mm). · Letter of invitation issued by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
