Visa Application
1. Passport: Passport valid for more than nine months from the date of return. The old version must be signed on the last page of the passport. If you have an old passport, please provide it together.
2. Photo: 1 photo of the past six months, size: 35mm X 45mm.
3. ID card: Please copy the front and back sides of the ID card on A4 paper.
4. Account book: The original copy of my account book. Under 18 requires a guardianship statement from a parent and Canadian guardian 5. School Admission Letter: A copy of the admission letter from the Canadian School Admissions/Registration Office showing the exact tuition fee amount required by the applicant, the expected start and end time of study and the latest date the applicant can register. And the enrollment period has not expired. If studying in Quebec: If planning to study in Quebec, submit a valid Letter of Acceptance from Quebec (CAQ) 6. Experience Report: A copy of the medical examination form provided by the designated medical examiner (if the medical examination has been completed) 7. High School Notarization: Notarized copy of high school graduation certificate, and notarized copy of transcripts stamped with the official seal of the high school registration office. If you are studying in high school, please provide a notarized copy of the proof of study and the notarized copy of the transcript. The proof of enrollment must be printed on the official letterhead of the school, and must include the following information: Applicant's name, grade, school's address, contact information, and the school's official seal; 8. Notarization of documents: notarization of all graduation certificates, notarization of qualification certificates (if any) 9. Notarized University Certificates: Notarized copies of all university or college qualifications earned, as well as transcripts of all courses taken. If still not graduating, please indicate the expected graduation date and what degree, qualification or certificate will be awarded. 10. Police Clearance Certificate: Notarized copy of Police Clearance Certificate. Investor's financial certificate: (1) The proof of income should be printed on the official letterhead of the work unit, signed and stamped by the person in charge of the company, and the date and the following information should be specified: Name, position, entry time, income in the last two years, whether there is any bonus or additional income . (2) Payroll bills in the past six months to one year. (3) Parental tax receipts The original tax payment receipts of the parents’ respective personal income tax in the last 12 months issued by the local tax authority, including the name of the taxpayer and the amount paid under the name of the taxpayer. Proof of Funds: Proof of Funds reflecting at least twelve months of fund accumulation history:
